Matching our clients to a dedicated professional caregiver is only the beginning of our journey into hassle free home care. We continue to supervise, document, and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure service delivery is to your satisfaction. That is why we have 24 hour on call service 7 days per week. We provide reports to families on a weekly basis as well as check in on our clients as often as it is needed. In addition, a supervisor visits each client every 90 days to do a customer satisfaction review and to gain value feedback on how to serve our customers best.
